Hi, I'm Romanel Fleming, and this is my new website. I started to use internal CSS in November of last year, but have moved on to external CSS. Over the next few months, I will continue to learn more about CSS and more. I do hope to eventually learn about JavaScript, but I'm not sure if that will happen. A complete reconstuction of this site has finally happened. I have learned CSS and I am currently using external CSS for a lot of the settings.
